Hydraulic Cylinder 2nd set:

Upon dismantling, found the following issues:

• Seal and O-Ring complete set damaged – to make new seals and fit
• Both bearings damaged – to remove damaged bearings, clean bearing housing, procure and fit new bearings and circlips
• Hydraulic Cylinder inner housing cleaned and checked. Inside threads found damaged at few points – to repair threads / dress-up
• Ram, End-cover cleaned and checked. Outer threads on cover found damaged at few points – to repair threads / dress-up
• Upon pressure testing, the stuffing box threads gave away due to material fatigue / failure
• Fabricated new stuffing box
• Assembled the Hydraulic Cylinder Ram with new set of seals and O-rings
